Participants will stop at several Garden locations and focus their attention on specific life themes: increasing present moment awareness, understanding life’s flow, embracing change and finding personal peace. At each stop, participants will be given the opportunity to set intentions for their lives around those themes. A journal will be given for participants to use during this session as well as future visits to the Gardens.
