Private & Corporate Event Space Available

Microphones and projectors are available for use.

Fresco at the Gardens restaurant is our exclusive food provider for all tours and private events who wish to include food service in their plans. Reservations and food service arrangements, including planning the menu, placing the order, making deposits and final payments should be made with them directly by calling 815-316-2256 or 815-229-0800.

Facility Rental Fees and Deposits

All event space requires a 50% deposit to hold the space. Deposits and Final Payments can be done with a credit card or check. Please note that all credit card payments will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
