Professor Gunji will be presenting her Wagashi (Japanese sweet) book, The Art of Wagashi: Recipes for Japanese Sweets that Delight the Palate and the Eyes”. She will give a brief talk about her book, and serve three unique wagashi paired with three different kinds of Japanese tea. As a finale, she will be demonstrating tea ceremony for you.
