Discover the transformative, restorative and healing powers of nature on the 1.5 hour silent walking/sitting/walking meditation. A “self guide” booklet will be given to each participant so that they may repeat the experience on their own at any time.
Dress appropriately for whatever the weather brings, including insect protection. Registration is required, as the group size is limited.
