An event every week that begins at 2:00pm on Wednesday, repeating until August 29, 2018


##Sumi-e, the Japanese word for black ink painting, focuses on the beauty of each individual stroke of the brush as it captures the essence of nature. National Watercolor Society Signature Instructor, Stella Dobbins, demonstrates a new painting from nature each week. Subjects will include flowers, fish, birds and landscape plants. Classes are held outdoors under the Anderson Japanese Gardens Pavilion. Youth class is held from 2:00PM – 4:00PM; adult class is held from 5:30PM – 7:30PM. A supply kit is available for purchase through the instructor for $25.
