As research surrounding essential oils continues to grow, so does our education on usage. In this class, we will talk about essential oil safety, dilution, why brands matter, quality differences, and how oils are suitable for a wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications.

Each workshop creates four seasonal oils. Class fee is $35, which includes all oils, supplies and a light snack.

Gina Westlake is a licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Aromatherapist. She has used essential oils in her massage practice for 9 years. She started ginger+sunshine wellness in 2019, teaching and sharing their benefits. You can reach her at gina@gingersunshine.com.

Payment must accompany registration.  Refunds for classes registered through Anderson Japanese Gardens will be issued if participant cancels at least five days prior to class date.  Anderson Japanese Gardens reserves the right to cancel events in which case, a refund will be issued.
