Cost: $70.00 for unlimited Tai Chi sessions and $50.00 per month for one session per week. Held every Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00am to 7:00am and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:15pm to 7:15pm.

Craig Westland Bio: Instructor for Rockford Tai Chi Club has been studying traditional Asian martial arts for the past 12 years. His experience includes Karate, Jujutsu, Kobudo, Shuai Chiao, Sanshou, Xing yi quan, Bagua zhang, Tai Chi Chuan, and Qigong. He has dedicated his life to the research and preservation of the ancient/traditional martial arts including its history, philosophy, strategy, and spirituality. Mr. Westland is a disciple of Sensei Doug Mortley.
