| Anderson Japanese Gardens is proud to announce it will be hosting, in partnership with Our Savior’s Church, the first Taize Worship Service at the Garden this Wednesday, July 14th at 6:45pm in the Garden’s new Outdoor Pavilion.The community is welcome and the Garden will be open to Taize guests at no charge after the service. |  |
A Taize worship service provides a meditative spiritual experience of God’s presence and care. Come and participate in this reflective, musical service that has enriched people of different Christian faith traditions around the world. Taize encourages a community “where kindness of heart and simplicity are at the centre of everything.” (www.taize.fr) This is very much in alignment with the Garden’s own mission: “In our hectic and stressful world, Anderson Japanese Gardens opens minds to a different culture while offering guests a place of peace and tranquility where they will find healing, renewal, inspiration, and a re-energized soul.”
