Salvation Army Service is held every Tuesday Morning from 7:00AM until 7:30AM, May through September in the Outdoor Pavilion.

Donuts and coffee are served immediately afterward in tent. Attendees may walk through the garden until 8:00 AM.

Salvation Army services for the 2012 season begin May 1st.

Cost: $70.00 for unlimited Tai Chi sessions and $50.00 per month for one session per week. Held every Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00am to 7:00am and Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:15pm to 7:15pm. Friday evening at 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Saturday morning at 9:00am – 10:00am.

Craig Westland Bio: Instructor for Rockford Tai Chi Club has been studying traditional Asian martial arts for the past 12 years. His experience includes Karate, Jujutsu, Kobudo, Shuai Chiao, Sanshou, Xing yi quan, Bagua zhang, Tai Chi Chuan, and Qigong. He has dedicated his life to the research and preservation of the ancient/traditional martial arts including its history, philosophy, strategy, and spirituality. Mr. Westland is a disciple of Sensei Doug Mortley.

Enjoy brush painting classes beginning May 2012 with the inspiration of Anderson Japanese Gardens surrounding you. Brush Painting is located in the Pavilion and Instructed by Stella Dobbins. Held every Wednesday afternoon from 5:30PM to 7:30PM.

For costs and more details about this weekly class contact Stella Dobbins via email. The instructor is a signature member of the National Watercolor Society. Her paintings have appeared in exhibitions throughout America.
